Accommodation
We believe every young person should have a safe place to stay. Each night YMCA Norfolk provides a safe and supportive home to over 240 young people across the county. Our housing units are designed to meet the needs of our members through a range of engagement opportunities and tenancy support – offering services to young people aged 16-25 in Norwich, King’s Lynn and Great Yarmouth.

Family Support
We work with local councils and commissioners to offer a tailored family support services to those who need our guidance. We recognise that being part of a family is not always easy and sometimes children, young people and parents experience difficult situations and may benefit from a little help. We work flexibly to ensure families get the support they need, when they need it. By working with families in their homes we make support as accessible and relevant as possible.

Youth Work
Our Youth Projects across Norfolk provide a safe and secure environment that allows young people to socialise and take part in activities.
We offer a safe place for young people to seek advice around issues that may be affecting them such as mental health, bullying, healthy living. The purpose is to help build up external support for children and young adults between the ages of 5 years to 25 years as well as helping to build up positive community relations.

Wellbeing & Mental Health
We’re proud to serve the Norfolk community through our therapeutic support to families and schools as well as our full suite training packages for staff and businesses.
Our wellbeing matters programme provides schools with 1-to-1 mental health support for parents and children through offering tailored therapeutic intervention and counselling. We’ve designed a range of courses that strive to suit the needs of students and schools across Norfolk, as well as offering bespoke training courses for businesses that would like to raise awareness and learn more about mental health.

E-Learning Services
Our E-Learning Service provides online education to hundreds of pupils; most of whom have reintegrated back into school or continued with their exams.
Unlike most other online education companies, the E-Learning Service offers bespoke provision for individual students based on their learning needs, ability levels and school course. As a result, programmes can be tailored to the student and the school’s requirements with lessons being individually set, marked and commented on by subject teachers.
